Article appears to not have been completely accurate - eyewitness saw the car, complete, in Halvorsen's collection, looking more like a normal Model H.  Same eyewitness later saw the car in this state with Damge. Appears to have been reconstructed with a Model F hood, creating awkward front appearance.  Gordon Rosekilly brokered the sale from Damge to Lips in the mid '60s. - - - 1962 AACA Sr
