The 1913 Scout had a 105" wheelbase, 3" longer than 1912 Type 22.
It
also gained electric sidelights.
Type 22A, with 3-3/4" x 5" engine, acetylene starter and headlights,
was advertised for the 1913 season as early as July 1912.
Type 22B, with 4" x 5" engine, electric starter and headlights, was
advertised as early as Dec. 15, 1912 and as late as April 1913.
The Scout's successor for the 1914 season, Type 422, was advertised as
early as Apr 12, 1913.
