A thorough article on this car appears in the Stanley Museum Quarterly, v28 #1, Winter 2009.  Car essentially unaltered since about 1914.  Body right top rail carries #541, cross brace in front of boiler carries #517.  Plate is numbered 119, recognized as being too low for the wheelbase & body numbers.
